Summary:
On 06 May 2025, we experienced an issue where Fiverity, one of our data integration partners, was temporarily unavailable for approximately 2.5 hours. During this period, evaluation requests originating from the Effectiv platform that relied on Fiverity were impacted or delayed.
Impact:
• Evaluation workflows depending on Fiverity were unsuccessful or experienced delays.
• All other platform functionality remained fully operational.
Root Cause:
The outage was caused by an issue on Fiverity’s infrastructure, which was resolved by the Fiverity team.
Resolution:
Fiverity restored their services at 16:20 UTC, and the integration resumed normal operation. We have confirmed successful evaluation flows post-restoration.
