Issue Update: Case Update API Service Degradation Resolved

We identified that the intermittent service degradation in the Case Update API was caused by a bug introduced in recent changes to PDF validation aimed at improving security. The bug resulted in a CPU usage spike and intermittent timeout issues, particularly when handling larger PDF file sizes.
